Since last September's Los Angeles readers' meetup went so well, I think it's time to repeat the experiment!
Next month, I'll be in St. Louis, Missouri over Martin Luther King Jr. Day weekend, January 16th and 17th. Are there any readers in the area who would be interested in meeting up? If so, leave a comment or send me an e-mail. Let me know when you'll be available and if there are any local restaurants or other points of interest you especially recommend.

I live in st. louis and have been looking for atheists in the area to meet up with, so this would probably be a good way to do so. Uhm, I will post if i think of anything noteworthy but i am sleepy and so not very good at thinking right now.
Unfortunately, January isn't the best time of year to visit St. Louis (I live about 15 miles east). However, the Art and Natural History museums in Forrest Park are a good way to dodge the cold, as is the Arch--the view from the top is very nice (on a clear day). There are lots of good restaurants in and around St. Louis depending on your taste. Make future plans to return in the Spring or Fall to really enjoy the city.
Adam, I would be honored to meet up with you in St. Louis. I live near Memphis and it's just a short 6 hr. drive up to St. Louis. I know the are fairly well, having been up there dozens of times. I'm retired and ready for any excuse for a road trip, even in the dead of winter. Forrest Park is a good choice with museums and Union Station is nearby, as well as Fox Theater and St. Louis University. Email me and I'll give you my cell number.
