This week, I’m appearing in Edmonton, Canada for a double-header event with Andrew Murtagh. We’ll be discussing our book Meta, and exploring the clash between our respective religious and atheist worldviews, in a friendly, freewheeling debate. Come see the spectacle of a philosophically inclined Christian and a secular humanist disagreeing politely while remaining friends!
Each presentation will be followed by audience Q&A. If past experience is any guide, this part will be the liveliest of the evening, and the questions always range widely over ground neither of us would have thought to cover on our own. (It’s a good incentive for me to brush up on answering common apologetics, since there are always a few religious questioners in the crowd.)
If you’re in the area, come out and see us! Signed copies of our books will be for sale.
